Haha.. an integral part of my day! Here is the outline 2D export, overlaid over the raw VRay render, plus a few layer masks. Dodge tool fudging and other things. Enjoy!

Haha no problem, I don't particularly like the whole realistic look hence why my style is to 'toon' it up a bit

Modelling this took around 5 hours total (split between two days). Rendering/colouring took around 1 hour and post processing took around 1 hour.

Modelling in SU is really fast once you grasp the tools. The reason it took a little longer this time round was because there was some non-mirrored features I needed to do once I exploded both sides (as you only model one side and mirror it).
