thnx, but this is an old version of it. I changed the forward section dramatically. I'll see if I can finish the WIP somewhere at the end of this year, when the vacation comes.

nop, sorry. Cryptic company is ruining it, they just don't know how to make a space oriented MMORPG and now they are messing it all up : (
I don't wanna make my model to these kind of people. If anyone could do a good MMORPG on star trek then it's CCP, but they are at the moment solo working on EVE-online. (great guys btw

This is an awesome design! The top and front 3/4 views especially have the spirit of the bird of prey while looking hotly updated. The bridge-section looks a bit like a Romula Warbird from the back 3/4 view - not sure if that was intentional or not, but it gives it a very cool look. Nice.

Thanks, the bridge section isn't 100% complete yet, I'm not even sure I'm completely happy with it, it's not smooth enough imo and has a funny bump at the end of the bridge section where the "catwalk" starts, so that may be redone.
But really, trying to make it "hot" is my primary mission, as the old BoP is just too old compared to all these new sleek 24th century federation ships. ^^

Cool - I like your idea. It seems they updated many of the ships but left the ol' BoP alone. Yours is definitely hot. Would you have the wings fixed or would they rotate like the old one?

They rotate ofc.
That was/is one of the coolest features of the BoP. Thinking back to star wars... that was also what made x-wings cool... as they had dynamic wing modes and that's what makes todays sonic-bombers so cool, as guess what, they also have dynamic wings.
Btw sorry that I wasn't able to supply any new wip upgrades today, I was just buried under the homework. I had to write a 6 page technical essay on "role of a leader in forming of company's culture" and another 3 page long report on my sales exp. + analyse 15 pages of text on marketing LOL
