Description
Something I have not done in a long while, inspired byt a little bit of a road trip. Some kind of castle in some king of mountains. Kinda boring, I know and something that most of you probably didn't expect, but even I need a break from boobs every now and then
It still took me way more time than you'd expect from a simple picture like this, but it was fun to do.

if you want a better castle design, I'd suggest you check out Shadiversity's castle videos on youtube
but not a bad design, though it would seem to have a criminal lack of matriculations

Oh I am well aware of Shad's videos as well as many, many real castles I've visited. In fact this picture is a result of a road trip to a couple of castles in my area, granted most of them were ruins but still, pretty inspiring. With that said, I wasn't really trying to make a real life fortress, rather something like the Neushwanshtein "castle" which was really a palace or Książ castle, which was once a castle but over the curse of many centuries became a fortified palace.
As for machicolation, you can see it in several places where I thought it would be needed, like towers for example, including the tower of last defense (also known as Bergfried in my neighborhood, do not confuse that tower with Dansker, which was a toilet 
It was fun tho, so I will more than likely draw more pictures like this one in the future. I do have plans to actually design a castle according to the historical rules.
