Powergirl...angry...This was more a practice with styles, with a more solid black shading to give it a distinct look.
It's been altered on account of a constructive suggestion, to give a bit more shape to her face.

I like the black background you have but I would say add a hint of shadows on the face too to give PG some shape so it won't look too flat.
