Description
Superman the defender of Metropolis faces off against the threat of the Alien warlord known as Cooler...Why Cooler ? mostly because i thought he was a striking visual that doesn't look out of place in a fight with Superman, and would give the Man of Steel a solid enough fight.
This is pretty much a companion piece to this earlier picture of Goku Vs Doomsday

Superman should win, he's much closer to the Buu Saga characters in terms of strength (assuming you are using post-crisis/pre-Flashpoint Superman) if not stronger than the Buu Saga characters. A suppressed Superman should take this after a decent fight.Β

when Sups clashed with Zod(?) in that Fight where he broke his Enemies Neck, he actually didn't seemed much stronger than Radditz though. The Level of Destruction was like nothing, compared to when Radditz blew up a whole Mountain Landscape in his Fight against Goku and Piccolo at the Beginning of Dragon Ball Z
Supermans Powerlevel is simply said, " all over the Place ", when compared to Dragonball Characters.
He could be as strong as a weak, average Saiyan. He could be as strong as an average Supersaiyan. He could be as strong as Perfect Cell from the Cell Games or stronger.
In the End, he is always portrayed as the Guy who can wreck whole Cities, but never as the Guy who could easily destroy the World by blowing it up

Agreed, and yeah It is meant to be the Post crisis/Pre Flashpoint Superman, I prefer him because while still powerful, he generally had limits and could often be challenged by powerful beings.Β

Yeah it's the same for me. Post crisis Superman is my favorite version too. Him and DCAU Superman, although DCAU Supes is a little too weak for my liking.Β Β

I have to admit at least Cooler knows he's a Tyrant, Injustice Superman just seemed to refuse the obvious. Nice bit of dialogue, and i should really draw an Injustice Superman picture ay some point.

True. For me the Post Crisis version is the definitive, i liked that there were other heroes who were potentially more powerful, or better fighters, or smarter, and so on. I felt what made Superman the greatest DC hero wasn't his tremendous power, but his strength of character that inspired others and pushed him on.
