Pretty much, Wonder Woman is strong enough to contest against any Kryptonian and is a far superior fighter ( although some writers have overblown Supermans abilities in that regard ).

It seems to me the writers decided to ignore both her capabilities and Bizarros limitations. It was why i felt like drawing this picture which takes that into account. Bizarro may be stronger and debatably faster, but he shouldn't have a clue how to use his abilities effectively. Diana on the other hand, is fast and strong enough to contest with Kryptonians, and knows how to fight.

Skill does not always beat brute strength, despite what some people think, and in truth a savage, mindless brute can be harder to beat than a rational calculating opponent. When Diana fought Superman when he was under the influence of Maxwell Lord despite her skill it was clear she was getting the worst of it. Add in the fact that most of her weapons don't work on him-Bizarro can break her lasso, because magic doesn't work on him like it does Superman-and he can onlyΒ feel pain in the presenceΒ of blue kryptonite, I don't think the writers were ignoring anything. I'm not saying WW couldn't beat Bizarro, just that it wouldn't be as easy as this picture makes it out to be.
BTW, one of them was in the Trinity Story arc.Β In that one, Bizarro did take her by surprise, and she was stunned whenΒ e her lasso, so next time, she might be better prepared.Β Β

Concerning the Wonder Woman struggling against Superman, that was due to him trying very hard to kill herΒ ( thinking she was Doomsday/Darkseid/whatever who had just murdered his wife ) while she was trying very hard not to kill him but to subdue him ( which is far harder to do ). I'm not saying she is invincible, but in a fight between mainstream Bizarro and Wonder Woman, she should win convincingly.
The breaking of the Lasso made no sense except for a surprise bit of drama, and his apparent immunity to it was unique to that one story called 'Trinity' by Matt Wagner, which was pretty much a standalone story that ignored the mainstream DC Universe continuity of the period.
In the mainstream DC there were several Bizarros, but the version i think of is the imperfect clone, who being a failed genetic clone, had the same strengths and weaknesses as Superman, and that is the one in this picture.
