Here's a Work-In-Progress POWER GIRL cover for DC Comics' new Power Girl comic. Pencil and Copic marker on sketch paper, then scanned & colored in Photoshop.It's mostly done, but I want to tweak it a bit. Maybe I'll post the original grayscale scan, as well.

You know, the sparks are a great effect. You rarely see them depicted in comic book art, but you'll see 'em in big fires.
One question: if her name is "Power Girl" why does she have a "Y" for a chest emblem?
