Hello everyone, here's another personal project of mine, a refresh of the Klingon Vor'cha ship. I didn't want to stray too far away from the original so it should be quite similar but with some better shapes.

Always thougt the Vor'cha was a little too greebly for the ST universe, and lacked the grace and balance of the D-7 that it sought to replace. Glad I wasn't alone.
Your revamp of the design cleans it up real good. Β It not only evokes the redesign of the TOS Connie Class into the movie era Enterprise class, but also gives the Klingons their due as a worthy adverary that keeps up with the times, rather than a bunch of throwbacks that just have factional power struggles by torchlight while the Federation and Romulans go from Galaxies and D'Derexes, to Sovreigns and Valdores.

Thanks a lot! Indeed Star Trek never really put as much attention to ships as Star Wars so there's a lot that could be changed. I will surely do more of these ships in future.

I love this design! Such a gorgeous revitalisation of a classic design. I'm not normally a fan of the Klingon ships but I would definitely love to see your takes on some of the others (Negh'Var, D5, D7/K't'inga and/or Raptor). This is definitely in keeping with your usual incredible designs!

One sharp bird man, I can see this as a 25th Century refit for the Vor'cha. Klingons love over-extending their designs!
