[link]An illustration I did for Stardrift Empires, an mmo on Facebook. I've been working on this project for the past few months at Blue Frog Gaming, which has been awesomely fun and challenging.
This is the Warp Drive, which uses magnetism to reshape the space-time continuum, allowing for faster than light travel and technology. this was a fun one to paint and thinking about how the warp would look as it adjusts space and time.

The Descent series were cool games, but by no means the first or only time the concepts of FTL travel, spacewarp, teleportation, or proximity mines were used. This is a beautifully drawn piece of artwork. The world is certainly big enough for all scifi ever created, or that will be created. Relax and enjoy the excellent work other people have done and posted here for us to enjoy.

My ship has the ability to warp.. or teleport.
It first creates a sphere of molten lava-looking energy around the ship, along the shield barrier. And disappears. To another place, or. The same exact place.
