Costumes: Dummy. It's completly logical to wear boob protection with THAT size. Not only will walking be comfortable, falling on them will hurt less. It's a super shield.
Also, I do not consider not being the role model for the western beauty idealas embarrasing. Clutsyness can be a trait of embarrasment. Heck, have you ever planted your face on the stairs at school while everyone is looking? BUT ofcourse, clutsyness is considered a GOOD flaw. Like eating much. (And never gain any weight) You a not particularly original if you give a character such a flaw, but it could work.
I see an embarrasing as something like...hmm...for example failing to remember names...or like when you nod although you couldn't hear what the person said since you don't want to ask them to say it again and then something where a nod can never be an awnser was ACTUALLY asked. ;_; *dies inside*

Well I think it can be embarrasing too, but it's usually not done right XD Have you seen the movie "All About Steve" with Sandra Bullok? She's an awkward and "omg I can't believe she did that DX" kinda clumsy and HER kinda clumsy is un-marysueish. However I don't think Bella Swan from "Twilight" is NOT a good clumsy ya know XD She's like "oh mah gawd I tripped and fell on mah bum teehee~" or the clumsiness is just an excuse for the guy to catch her OR when it's over used in anime as an excuse to show the panties cause that's more "cute" then "embarrassing" however if used right CAN be a funny and un-sueish trait 
ARGH oh I hate that so much XD "liek teehee I eat and eat and NEVAR GAIN WEIGHT!11!!" I don't consider that a good flaw, I consider that a AMAZING SKILL! I wish I could eat and never gain weight DX
Failing to remember names is so bad too cause when you see someone and you call them the wrong name it sucks so hard XD OH GOD THATS THE WORST TOO! Or like when someone asks you a question and you weren't really paying attention so you answer wrong. Like someone would be like:
"What do you think about Terminator?"
and you weren't listening so you blurt out the first thing that pops into your mind like "ZOMG YEAH!" and they're like "....what? It wasn't an either or question D<"

Well, Bella is one of the biggest appreciated sues ever. She is a self insert but is done so empty that any person can put herself into Bella. So they can imagine they ARE Bella. And thus Bella is not disliked for being a sue because every person would like to see her/himself this way or want to.
So clutsyness is actually the only flaw they can go with, otherwise she would have character!
But, especially in anime, it is used as plotdevice for situations. 'Oh my, I fell and landed on your lips/in your arms/my strawberry-panty-butt in ya face!!1! (mad skills if you falls with your butt in someones face though)
It's just never done right, which makes me sad.
but it is hard to make a good flawed character. If you want your character to be liked, it's hard to come with flaws like 'emotional',depressed' or 'super happy nice'. People tend to be annoyed by it. ):
It would be so funny if you had a bio where eating a LOT is considered the mad skill/good point. xD
But there are people with that skill in real life. Mostly boys though, since they don't need to store fat like woman do. *envy with no end*

But yeah, in fiction, such a flaw just doesn't work. Like saying words wrong. Or not being able to find the good words...or saying something bad in a way it doesn't work. Or just this confusion of every day. People would consider it boring having a story with this...or maybe they just want to be remembered of their own little failures like that. xD
