heh, i can understand that rendering water fully in pencil is a task all it's own. but it's still a great picture. for some reason i'm drawn into the dark shadows in his cloak, the contrast in it makes it stand out more but still kickass pic. power to the greyscale!

linework, pose, shading.. all comes together in a quietly epic sorta way. As talented as you are with shading, I find it hard to believe that you couldn't do decent water
