The horse is pretty well done. Acording to my artist mother, horses are really hard to draw/paint correctly. She rants about improperly drawn ones whenever she sees one, so I'm something of an unwilling expert. Your head is really good, though the legs look just a bit wonky, especially the left back one.

Ahahaha, horses can be funny like that. My Grandpa's horse recently died, but said horse loved to throw you off or make you fall off, just so he could stand guard over you. xD

*Whimpers* I really hope he's just napping... I recently got thrown off a mare at a full gallop and broke both my wrists... but I love the head stall on the horse. Beautiful picture, even if it reminds me of my accident. Fav'd.

For some reason I especially love the horse's eyes--they're so soft and patient and gentle, willing to wait as long as is necessary. And Faeren is just beautiful, of course, as always.
