Got to thinking about all the random things I've seen come out of the Doctor's pockets throughout the years, and this happened. 
~Edited for a bit of an update! I keep discovering new things to add as I go through all the Classic Who and Big Finish audio adventures! Also added a couple things from the new season.

I always wondered why he had such random stuff in those pockets of his. I guess if they're that big on the inside, you never have to empty them, so if you wear these clothes periodically for 900 years....

Because this is a compilation of all the things I've seen come out of the Doctor's pockets over the years, and some spoofs. All the Doctors, not just Eleven, going back to the very beginning with the First Doctor. I keep updating this comic with new things when I see them.

He also still has, according to the 4th Doctor's 50th Anniversary novel, a paperback book with all the monsters that existed. Which is probably where he gets his info from.
