EDIT: thought it'd be fun to show both versions, since the orange one actually doesn't look half bad.Fan art for Michael Brennan's Electric Girl, which simply does not get enough love.
Basically, the gent on the right is a fellow--gremlin, actually--named Oogleeoog (you heard me right), and in order to cause some long-term mischief on Earth he bestowed
AMAZING ELECTRICAL POWERS on our heroine (left), Virginia, at birth. He's also become her constant companion and guardian (in order to supervise, he insists)--whether she likes it or not.(They're friends, but it doesn't help that she's the only one who can see him.)

I just realized something.
I have this character named Sydney, and she has electricity powers(I made her before I started reading EG). And then there's this guy named Toby, he's the mailman. And Sydney bugs Toby ALL. THE. TIME.
It's like Oog and Virginia, but flipped. And Toby isn't a gremlin. ><'
