I made this dock using ⇲- ↳ Icons from MIUI BlueST theme [link] by sirtagada[link]
- ↳ Wood Dock from iResult[link]
- ↳ Wallpaper [link]

It is possible if you have the icon pack, and the dock is included in this theme you can find it in Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Serene (App Dock) by ~aditya2611\ folder if you have installed it
