 An alternate universe in which Cobra's plan to take over the U.S. succeeded (and considering the fact that they had those satellite weapons, and after using them on all other countries, any revolt against Cobra by U.S. citizens would be stopped quickly. The Big Apple, Texas, or California might decide to secede, but would change their minds after having a city or two and it's people annihilated with impunity).

 I would have used a darker red for the contrasting hull panels. The bright red just sticks out too much like a sore thumb, like big fat targets for the Klingons to aim at (they probably wouldn't have spared the Romulans in their version of the Romulan War. Well, at least until they surrendered unconditionally!). And I think the Cobra logo is too big, and is yet another big fat "hit me here" bullseye!

 And she should have more aft weaponry, since she is meant for war.
