Description
The SteamAmp II. An 8-watt per channel tube amplifier with matching speakers.
This is a commission piece I just finished for a client. Similar to the original SteamAmp, but with much better drivers in the speakers, and a hot-rodded amp circuit. Constructed with Black Walnut, Copper, Brass, and Glass.
Cheers!

Oh God... I have been wanting to play with those drivers for a long time. Do they preform as well as they look... by which I mean Fucking awesome! You so want me to win the lottery, I would have you make me an entire listening room.

LOL.. that sounds like fun! And yes, they do sound very, very good.. surprisingly strong bass and clear highs. You definitely get what you pay for with them. I'd really like to hear them in a nice transmission line enclosure.. I bet it's unreal.

Thanks! It sounds surprisingly large considering the drivers are only 4", but then those Tang Band drivers are pretty high quality.. it sounds a hundred times better than the original SteamAmp.
