its like a theme. you have to have Custopack tools to install it. FYI, i already stopped making visual style for Windows 7 cuz im using Windows 8 Pro now.

This is what I want bro:
Having the taskbar black with Metro style; also windows to appear with nice colors or blank.
Using custom icons with the same program, without using another program, but the same in which skin for win7 is made.
Thanks, I know about programs to install skin packs, but I want to create my own one.
