The only think that pack changes is the default player skin.
All of the blocks, mobs, etc are the same, it also changed the footstep sounds, but that's the only other thing.

It was much easier than it looked, I used a program to turn a 3D model of Wakko into a Minecraft statue.

I'll try... I know blender has a great toon shader to make great toony models. Can't let a whole quarter of class in CG go to waste!
