Description
OK, as I promised in the Canine TF description, I have made a tutorial explaining how I made the image. I hope this helps aspiring TF photomanipulators to improve their works.Note that it takes practice at each of the techniques applied before you get to the point at which you can apply them effectively. Also note that the same basic techniques are also used for realising computer-generated images such as the one seen in Quarkmaster touchup: Changes I - however, you may need other textures, such as grass, steel, or wood, in order to make the whole image look reasonably realistic. Even some drawings can be converted into semi-realistic images by this technique, if the drawing is sufficiently detailed and appropriately coloured.

This tutorial is brilliant. I used it to get started with photomanipulation. The results are here: [link]
Thanks for writing it.

It's hard to say how long it takes - it all depends on how much you need to do to the image, how complex the image is, etc. I think that the photomanip that I made for that tutorial took about an hour (took longer for me to make the tutorial itself, really).

What? It says "GIMP" in the title, it's in the "The GIMP" category, and you can clearly see "GIMP" multiple times on the screenshots. Was it not clear enough?
I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but I'm genuinely confused.
