Description It seems that beingabovine is suffering a little "hair of the dog", as they say. Thankfully, we were there with a camera to catch the very start of his transformation.

For anyone wondering, the title of the deviation is meant to be latin for "human change into dog"... but it's just a clumsy attempt by me, imitating "canis canem edit" ("dog eat dog"). If someone knows the correct way to say it, feel free to correct me.

I don't get what was changed here. I mean, I do, but I don't get a sense of him changing into a dog from a slight alteration to his nose and barely noticeable canines.

Well, it was supposed to be subtle. Unfortunately, because beingabovine had taken down his stock images, you can't actually see what the original looked like.

Beyond the nose and the canines, the ears are shaped differently (more lobe, angled more backwards, etc), the hand is longer (to emulate a dog's paw), the neck is thicker, the eyes are more angled with less shadowing (so they look like they're not pointing straight ahead - dog's eyes are more to the side than human eyes), and the forehead now slopes back more than it did with the bone beneath the eyebrows made less prominent.

And then there's the hairiness - the original pic didn't have any facial hair except the small patch on the chin, the eyebrows have been made thicker, the hair on the neck certainly wasn't there before, his hairline has finer hair growing down from it, and the hand is now covered with fine hair (humans don't normally have hair on the knuckle). Oh, and the colouration of the lips has been changed - his lips are lighter than that.

Plus, the irises of his eyes are larger by a fair amount (dog irises take up most of the eye).

You may get a better idea of what's been done if you Download it, rather than just viewing it. A fair bit of detail is lost in the scaled down form. For instance, you can't really make out the hair on the back of the ear unless you view the full-size image.

Bit late to weigh in, but I like the idea that it's in a very early stage. Subtlety in a transformation's too often underrated.

I full viewed it and downloaded it. I'm still missing most of the details you've mentioned.

I guess I should just appreciate this as a tf in its very, very, very early stage. But, in terms of him looking like a dog, he doesn't. He looks like a slightly altered human at this point.

In the 1959 Disney movie, "The Shaggy Dog," the cursed ring had this Latin inscription:
-- In canis corpore transmuto --
