Finished!
Took a long time, but worth the results. Done with prismacolor pencils and graphite

Anyone who is familiar with the original picture will see that the color scheme of the background is cooler; that is intentional, I added grey to basically all of it so Arwen would especially stand out.
Hardest part of the whole picture? The frakking floor, at least drawing it. Coloring wise, probably the face, to get all those tones. The bg was not bad at all, surprisingly.

I liked the original sketch you had, but this is much nicer in color. I had seen the other one before as someone had cropped and colored it and used it as an avatar on Minas Tirith.
