random title means nothing.look this was taken in may probably and it makes more sense than of my other photographs right now. i need to understand this. i'm going through a period where i don't really know what the hell i'm doing. why do i shoot the way i do and i decided i need to make a change. and i'm pretty sure the reason why you guys watch me, well it will be gone. sure i still want the 'mystery' (if you call it that) and the 'stories' i try to appeal in my photography but it can't cut it anymore.
i need to understand the technical, NEED TO. i have to stop with the sloppy compositions and certain careless things that i've noticed before. i also need another way to illustrate my ideas other than sticking the girl in the center of a background holding an object. that's just pathetic. i also think i should intwine (right word is it a word?) other characters, i need to understand the whole process more. and i have to stop using kodak film. ugh.
stop watching me i don't really care.

whatever.. artists are all forced to evolve.. the expression is that of a transcendence.. exploring new areas of your creativity etc..
i also feel that my technical side of photography needs a lot of work because i do shoot rather instinctually.. but honestly.. you're doing solid work..
this is a very strong portrait.. i would have really liked some better composition.. a more squared away frame.. i feel like there needs to be more space in the bottom of the photo because of his eyes and the way his head is cocked.. i dont know..
she's a bit hidden.. this may have been intentional.. whatever.. keep shooting.
ilford 125 DX4, ilford 400 DX .. two very very solid b/w films.. reasonable price.. fujifilm neopan across 100 is also very nice but slide film.. i also really liked shooting fuji superia 100 color.. good luck.

today i have gone through your entire gallery, from beginning to end, and i find myself comment tired. but here goes. well to start with this, i like this picture, and if this is the direction you are looking to go, then i look forward to seeing more. but as i am tired and have other things on my mind right now, i can't really find much to say other than that i like it, and i have no experience with taking pictures of people...

I LOVE his expression. This is one of those really well-done, clear photos that sends a clear message. It would make a great Guess ad or something...(i mean that in a good way)

first thing that comes to my mind out from this, is her trying to own him and him wanting to be free. i love it when i get to make my own meaning in pics, and yours are very open for that. i took a quick look through your gallery, and i liked best your blackandwhites, i think. you've got very expressive work, and many good concepts. even if it's not intentional, you've got skills in photography. that may not mean much coming from me, i don't really know much tecniqual stuff (and my english is bad too

everyone artist through changes and hard times with their work. you wouldn't be an artist if you didn't. it's all about finding the right vehicle for your expression, and that may take a while to do. don't let it get you down.... and try not to be so hard on yourself, i think your work is great.
oh yeah, and i'd prefer to keep watching you if that's alright.
