this is a step by step process of what i did, so im throwing it in tutorials.Materials
3 sheets of gym floor mat squares (EVA Foam)
heat gun
dremel with multiple bits
crazy glue or hot glue or bonding glue
plasti dip or mod podge
primer
paint (spray and touch up)
sand paper
velcro strips
newspaper or foamie for pattern
sharpie

Hello, when you say pattern, did you find a pattern for the armour or did you draw your own pattern from a picture of the armour from the anime/manga?
I'm just not sure how to do the first step of making the armour, aka, making the pattern to fit to my chest?

I drew by hand as ive been drawing saiyan armor forever. Buuut i did it on white foamie first and modified it as needed against my body. U can start w news paper and masking tape if u need

standard floor matt. very thick. maybe 1/2 inch. used a heat gun to bend it. i know a lot of guys who do the chest piece as a totally seperate piece to make it stick out more....i will be doing that next build. my chest was too big for this version.

well i can't link it because i didn't buy it online. I bought mine in ROSS. and i currently buy it in a store called 5 Below. I wouldn't buy it online either u have to see it to make sure its flat on one side, some are not. they also sell it in walmart, home depot, lowes, target. its pretty much everywhere. its just the interchangable squares of FLOOR MAT like u see in a gym used for home gym. hell even sears sells them in the excersize section. just shop around for the best price.
