~About time she gets her gown wet.---
I had decided to picked up Tyler Edlin's tutorial over at gumroad.com/tyleredlinart to learn more painting and concept techniques. If the landscape looks slightly familiar, that's because it is. Part of his detailing method was something I always wanted to implement in my own work, but I did not know how to get to that stage. So, long story short, I watched all his videos, painted alongside while its playing (I learnt tons! Value, composition, etc.), and unnecessarily added something.
11/10 will buy more from him.
Edit: Just adjusted the contrast slightly. Taken comments into account and had made some small changes.

Thanks. It's challenging for me because I have a limited visual library when it comes to the defined details. In other words, I wouldn't naturally know what are the things that should be there unless I go do a reference search.

Oh! I understand that. I have a limited amount of english vocabulary and grammar and I keep using translators and thesauri for help. That's the problem when you begin to write without reading enough novels. Good thing I read fics, so I can see what are the expressions I would need to express this emotion or that event.
But in both cases, we need simply practice and more work. Keep up the great work

Stunning background! I'd have to say it would be much better if rarity didn't look so slapped on. The proportions are off, which I love none show accurate but this is just off somehow. Also just having some mild reflection of rarity in the water closest to the camera, I do believe the crown would be reflecting there from this angle.
Just some constructive criticism, overall this image is amazing.

I've probably said this about many works already, but this really brings to mind the cold beauty and drama of the King Arthur/Camelot/Excalibur legends. Wonderful work, man.
