effect:
If an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's field with a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card: Pay half your LP, then target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material, and if you do, the Summoned monster's ATK becomes equal to its current ATK multiplied by the number of "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Cards activated during this Duel until the end of this turn. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.)
