I posted this on tumblr a while ago but I didn't put it up here.... I figured I should.UI!Alphys is a Heretic and envy Demon.
She thinks very lowly of Herself and often shows her Jealousy to the Human and almost anyone else she comes in contact with. She idolizes the human. Almost like a Messiah and believes the Human is a sign for something big that is going to happen in the Inferno. Her Lab is rundown and filled with smoke. If you go down deep into her lab it show that she was trying to figure out a way for materialize in the world by trying to give them bodies similar to humans but she has only created sentient Zombies. She begs the Human to stay so that she can work on a way to create a body that can enter the lad of the living so that Demons would no longer have to posses people. She will not stop you if you say no though. She doesn't have the self-esteem to try to convince you otherwise. She isn't exactly evil, she just has her own agenda. She doesn't hurt the human. She could help them if they are kind.

Yeah. All the eyes are supposed to represent The Evil eye. Often mistaken for the symbol of Envy. But it's actually part of the a tradition to ward off Envious eyes. She is a contradiction because of the Heretic in her bade to confuse people about traditions and beliefs.
