Description
April Colors Day 15/30 - MiniatureCouldn't resist drawing my favourite tiny Pokemon for this prompt; he's SO CUTE. And of coarse one of the tiniest Pokemon in existence at a mere 4 inches.

Hello, this is my comment on behalf of project comment .
I do like how you drew a picture of Joltik, since it is a favorite of mine, and that it is posed in an unusual position. You were definitely conscious of the lines since you put a lot on the croissant. The angle is also very interesting, giving the impression that this is a PokΓ©mon who is looking up to their human friend. The transitional blues on the lower two eyes is a pleasant touch too. Now on the side of things that could use some improvement, the upper eyes would be consistent if they were also squinting from happiness (that might just be my interpretation, though). I would suggest that you use a little less lines on the croissant, maybe cutting some of the lines shorter would help. The croissant could also use some yellow and/or orange tints to make it appear softer. I also suggest some more line and colors on Joltik's right arm since his claw appears partially disconnected. The one last thing that I want to recommend is the shading, particularly on the croissant and behind Joltik's head. The former could benefit from more shading and the latter feels very inconsistent (I understand that that might be your art style here, but I don't find that the ripples and cuts are helpful for establishing depth if both are used).
This is a cute and pleasant picture. Keep at it!

Daw... Who thought the pokemon equivalent of the tick would be so CUUUUUUUUUUTE
Here hold on. I know how to make it even tastier to the little guy. Now let's see... No that item won't work... Not that one either... Hmm... Ah! I know
Grimmsnarl, fire up!
Think you can electrify Joltik's snack with a little thunder wave?
