...to look around when taking a walk in the forest. You might miss some detail if you don't.A little ambient sketch to get warmed up again for new ideas, commissions and projects after a long roadtrip through the Balkans. I will put up a journal about it soon.

I love how the atmosphere blends together like that with the colors. The way you sorta shrouded the wolf really adds to the interest of the painting. Compliments to his epicness!

I personally always check all around me because there have been cougar and bear sightings in the vast area behind my home, where blackberry patches, meadows, and forest all meet at the foot of a mountain. I probably look like some hyper-paranoid criminal from all the checking over my shoulder and around my back that I do lol. Although, werewolves would be a new one in my neck of the woods!
