Cool, just curious when you say "conventional means" are you referring to how fire is usually put out by water or are you including beings with powers to put out fire?

if you have a character that has the superpower to put out any flame, then it can be extinguished...if not, it burns until decay commands it to die or is out of range

this is special fire, no normal fire, so if your character can control normal fire, it won't help them against special fire

I like her. Β One question about her flame blasts. Β Short bursts and firebolts aren't necessarily as hot as the placed and maintained burns like the one she contained Nero with, are they?
