haha i could tell you were trying to be really descriptive at first and then were like, "ah fuck it"
you write like a talk and think--you should write a book, fill it chalk full of shit like "some siame twin type bitch" and "another one of those sluts" and it will be an automatic bestseller
but question-when you say it takes a lot of layering, does that mean lots of different layers or multiple copies of one layer on top of one another (not that that makes much sense, but it could be some bizzare photomanipulation secret...?) because i always hear "yeah, it has a lot of layer ect." and was never too clear on that, anyways this tutorial was entertaining and informative, good shit

One question - how exactly do you place texture over an image?

you just take a picture, place it in the upper layer and then in your 'layer' tab, you see 'normal'... browse those thingiehs and see what it does to yer picture underneath the texture layer
You can also use brushes you can find here on DA.

Your going to laugh your ass off at my very first attempt at photo manipulation considering I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but I've always wanted to do it and you finally inspired me to just go at it and start learning. Thanks a bunch for posting the tutorial, it helped alot. I'm still really unclear on alot of things, but I'm sure I'll figure it out by myself if I work at it enough
