are you using a tripod when taking these? 1/8 second is kinda slow to be holding it

Yes, i use small desktop tripod with flexible legs. Such long exposure needed because of dim natural light in cloudy days and narrow aperture (i use f8, maximum f-number of my camera) for better DOF. This winter i planned to try simple hand-made diffusor for built-in flash, hope it allows shorter exposure times.
