Animated Flash interface for the "Architect page" from the upcoming "Chronoscape" sci-fi novel website.Collaboration with awesome flash ninja who did the animation and sound effects.

Looks very wonderful, at first i thought it was just my browser scrolling slow, but i actually realised it flashes, very nice, looks great.

The illustration is really good, zoom effect can be modified to something better, preloader seems too simple after we see the illustration," patience is a virtue " text is too cliche and i thing should be removed.smoke effect can also be used between the legs of the creature and in front of lights maybe.. other then these it looks appealing and interesting...gj.

Well its kindof hard to critique when I'm not exactly sure what this is supposed to be. Like the splash page or just some filler thing to pull you into the website.
If its going to be the main page of any website I would say tune down the music a tad bit because if that's always going on it ganna get annoying, maybe add like a control bar and a mute option for complete control. Or when it loops, tune it down then.
You could add more clickable stuff to zoom into, the zoom also looks a bit wonky and I'm sure its because VectorTrance only has your one image to work with. For maximum zoom effect it would be nice of you to chop the image up into multiple section, foreground, midground, background and the figures... I'm not sure how reasonable that sounds or if it would even work but something to think about.
Also if the guy is going to be the only clickable figure there should be.. some other indication that he, in fact is because I sat and stared for 5 mins before trying to click on the mouth and since that didn't work I basically gave up, so either make that clickable or make the guy like flash, move or something because I just noticed the pretty lights and the massive figure
And if you were going to just make this some eye catcher it definitely works marvelously
I'm going to guess you zoom in for more options and this works fine, I didnt even notice the particle effects until now, that just completes this with the flickering. Everything else so far is amazing!
Oh you should add like clicking noises, like final fantasy menu noises, something to fit the mood your setting here (lol not ff that was just an example)
