"Oh my lord, what is that awful smell?" Anezka craned her neck over her stall's door to inspect the entrance of the barn. Seth, one of the staff, was leading in a bedraggled, rain-soaked stallion. His ears were back, his coat a matted, wet mess. Even his mane and tail were lank and unkempt and he reeked unpleasantly of sheep. She almost felt a twinge of pity as he was led, limping, towards the center of the barn.

She fell quiet as he passed by her and was caught quite off guard when his head swung up, green eye glinting angrily in the darkness. He seemed quite mad.

"What fresh hell is this?" His voice was a tortured, angry rasp that sent shivers along her back. "More of you, here?"

Her ears went back and she lifted her head regally. "Curb your tongue, mongrel. I certainly didn't ask for you to be here."

"Neither did I," he snorted, a bit of life infusing his tired frame. "I had thought us done of these useless games. I am no less a warrior than I was before accepting a rider and nothing you or any other says will change that."

Taken aback by the now-angry hulk outside her stall and not sure what was the right response Anezka retreated into her usual mannerisms. "I refuse to talk with anything smelling of sheep."

The strange stallion seemed about to argue but Seth tugged gently on his lead rope and he snorted before turning to limp deeper into the barn, dripping mud behind him. "This conversation is not over, maiden. I shall be back."

There really wasn't anything to say to that. Momentarily gobsmacked, Anezka turned away from the retreating stallion to see Beauty smirking at her. "Oh don't you start, you twit. He's just an overgrown, wet dog."

Acayla snickered a little and Anezka flushed, pulling her head back into her stall.

At long last, Jager is getting properly introduced to #Diamond-Wolf-Ranch . Anezka is not impressed by this weird stallion invading her barn.

This is the best collab ever, hands down. Worked with =SlayerMoon98 on it, of course, because she's awesome. She sketched, I lined, she basically relined and then flatted, and I shaded and did all the special effect thingies with some coaching from her. Oh, and I wrote the little story too.
Anyway.
Best collab ever.
I really don't think we can top this, but we're sure as hell going to try |D I think we're incapeable of NOT collabing.

Go love on hers too, she deserves half the credit!
