Description
SO! Here's what I thought I'd do. Instead of coloring the entire thing in one shebang, I came with an idea. Until the time of the release (when I'll color the entire thing), I'll only ink and color those characters which have been confirmed as playable! And those I haven't added, such as the Trainer and Villager, I will. So there you have it, my Super Smash Brothers 4 dream roster.

Currently filled in characters:
Mario, Link, Samus Aran, Bowser, Fox McCloud,Kirby, Captain Olimar and the Pikmin, Pikachu, Donkey Kong, Pit, Mega Man, Wii Fit Trainer, and The Villager.

(1/5/15) Added Muddy Mole, Hakkun, Duck Hunt, Solid Snake, Lip, Bubbles, Jigglypuff, Marshal, ROB, and Barbara Bat.
(1/5/15) Added Ness, Andy, Wario, Demiru, Pichu, and Squirtle.
(2/22/15) Added Kalas, Chibi-Robo, John Raimi, Doshin the Giant, Dr. Mario, Jill, Geno, Monita, Sukapon, Lassi, Lucas, Prof. Layton, Vaati, Wario, Krystal, Pokemon Trainer, and Nester. (I need to update more often.)
(9/21/15) Added Ridley, Ivysaur, Balloon Fighter, Ganondorf, Roy, Dark Pit, Bowser Jr., Alex Roivas, Mewtwo, the Ice Climbers, Falco, Isaac, Mike Jones, Wolf O'Donnell, Ray Mk. I, Ryu, and Inkling.

(UPDATE) FREAKING DONE. Someday I might throw in a proper background and shade everyone nicely, but for now, this sucker's DONE. I've got all the characters, added in Ryu, and that's it. Phew.

(UPDATE) So... yeah it's been a while. Game came out, I had work to do, and so the whole thing went on hold. BUT I'm back and filling the WHOLE THING IN now, so first comes coloring in all the characters and adding a few (such as Dark Pit and Bowser Jr.) and once I've got everyone inked and colored, I'll be adding a background and shading it. Although for a few characters there was special shading, like Hakkun's transparent body.

So I'll update the image each time a new character is revealed as being in the game, until then they'll remain as sketch outlines, and if someone I didn't sketch shows up I'll them in somehow. When every playable character has been confirmed, I'll just finish the image up with proper shading and a background. I do have a nice background I'm working on for this that should look fairly nice when it's done, but that'll be much, MUCH later.

...So I haven't updated this in a few months. That Direct hit me with a lot of info and I had to think about how I was going to change things. Since ZSS, Sheik, and Charizard are now separate characters, I decided I had to add to the image again. And since they're separate, I added a few more newcomers I was hoping for, including Dr. Kawashima, Mii, and why the heck not, Ridley. So hopefully from now on I'll keep updated.

...And I realized Tom Nook was shown to be part of The Villager's Final Smash, much as Chrom is part of Robin's. Bonus points if you recognize the piece of paper he's showing Princess Peach!
