Description
This is my tribute to the Pop Art artist, Andy Warhol. This piece of work is basically a recreation of the style seen in Warhol's 'Diamond Dust'.
I used simple techniques on Photoshop to do so.
1. I took a photo of a shoe on a simple background of one colour (a table).
2. I used the Magic Wand tool to select this background colour and then deleted it.
3. I went to Image > Adjustments > Threshold, and then moved the dial until I had to good contrast between black and white.
4. I inverted the colours using the Invert feature so that the background and parts of the shoe were black.
5. I went to Select > Colour Range, and the chose to select the Highlights (light areas such as the white).
6. I then used the fill tool to colour in the selected white area.
7. I repeated this on four more photos of different shoes and then composited them together.
I hope you all like it

Warhol would be proud. ^_^ He'd also tell you to make it a theme, in order to desensitize your viewers to the glamour of women's shoes.
Nice work. I love that you put this together with all the same orientation, but a different viewing angle for the one shoe. It really captures the spirit of the work.

Yep, everybody loves Warhol hehe. Thank you very much The technique I used to make it (and indeed all of my other digital works using Warhol's silkscreen effect) is surprisingly simple. And thank you again for the favourite.

It wasn't intentional, they were just a different colour so it sort of happened lol, but I know what you mean.
Thank you.
