Thanks brother, after I get a few resin copies going I might paint my own, as for smoothing so far on this piece I have only used my fingers, when I finish all the detailing etc I will smooth out some more with rubbing alcohol and a medium paint brush being super careful not to melt any details.

I actually think that most sculptors who focus on the so-called "realistic" style tend to sacrifice any sense of life for technical precsion, but you have avoided that pit-fall, especially with this piece. Great job my friend!

You again? What the F? Had I but known my tengu would attract more tengu, but I guess that is the way of your people. Actually you are in luck, this will be my first foray into the garage kit market as part of larger line of mythological characters. I plan on casting him within the next month or so if all goes according to plan. I'll post a journal bulletin when he's ready for order. So yes, for a price.
