Oh, my terrible English xD Ok, I'll try to explain.
Sans threw Frisk into the Core to prevent its conversion to Chara. Destroying both of them. So there was CORE!Frisk. It's not my idea. A Sans was friend to Frisk, he regretted what he had done. Sans can not see CORE!Frisk, but can feel them.

Actually, it's not the reason why Sans threw Frisk into the core.
In this universe, Frisk grow up in a war ravaged country. When they finally decided to leave, they ended up at Mount Ebott and fell into the Underworld.
There, they ended up living the events of the game. And they were so happy that they didn't want their adventure to end, so they keep Reseting again and again and again.
They thought they didn't hurt anyone, after all, they were the only one who remembered each timeline and they never hurt any monster.
But Sans finally realized what was happening, and instead of confronting Frisk, he panicked.
How could he prevent Frisk from Reseting ? From taking away this perfect ending ? If he tried to talk to them, it would give them time to Reset. And he couldn't kill them either because Frisk would just Reload.
Finally, Sans used his blue magic to grab and drag Frisk to the Core. Why the Core? Because it wouldn't technically kill Frisk, they would just be scattered across time and space (like Gaster), unable to Reload or Reset.
However, since Frisk was human (and thus had a Soul stronger than any monster), had too much Determination and could manipulate time (with their Save File) something unexpected happened.
The Frisk of this timeline became what is now know as Core!Frisk, an entity present at every point of time in every single existing universe and its timelines (omnipresent but far from being what you would call a god).
Meanwhile, the people of Frisk's original timeline began to gradually forget that Frisk even existed.
Sans, plagued by guild, tried to reccord everything he could about Frisk in a last ditch effort to remember them. But in the end, everyone forgot Frisk and Sans was left with his guild and a bunches of notebooks about a person he didn't recall ever meeting.

Hope I didn't bore you with my previous comment, I tried to keep it short but the creator of Core!Frisk wrote so many tidbit about this Frisk that it's hard to be concise.
I think there must be something like 50 pages of informations/drawings about Core!Frisk just on his creator tumblr alone ^^"
