I feel like every time I draw Frisk with open eyes it looks either disturbing or weird e_eAlso I was trying out different perspectives so pls ignore that weird Frisk hand lol

Well the easiest way is to mess with Windows Movie Maker. There's definitely a tutorial on YouTube somewhere.

Since a glitch is involved, yeah it could make sense for Error Sans to be around, but I'll be avoiding him (at least for now o3o)
Core Frisk doesn't really have a reason to appear though. They only appear when there are characters in extremely dangerous situations or the characters are already aware Core Frisk exists and just want to call them o:
