Why do I ask for reading pics' descriptions? Because I put a lot of effort in my characters' concepts and I want people to know (or even understand) them better. I do hope you enjoy reading them. ;-;

Old Reference: OC Sinead Downson concept

The Backstory:
Sinead Downson (maiden name- Heijmans) was Dutch-Americain girl growing up living in Maine. She was raised in strict family that developed her strong ambitions to gain occupational success. She loved reading detective stories and watching good action movies so it gave her more motivation to consider her goal. Thanks to her strong determination she got very good grades at school and it let her get to Maine State Police Junior Trooper Academy which opened the door to her career as a detective. There was also next door Economic Academy (fictional) which attended her future husband Richard Downson. They first met when both of them were looking for assembly hall where their first semester opening was supposed to be. They always bumped into each other while going to school. And then they obviously fell in love and got married. Unfortunately, their happiness didn't last long. One night when she was at work, the police station got a call and it turned out to be from her home. Alarmed she got home as fast as she could but it was too late. She found Richard dead. He had tried to call for help before he died. Sinead was totally broken. Richard was the only person she trully loved. She still tries to find a reason why he was killed. She mainly suspects his old feuds with somebody she didn't know about.

Personality:
After her husband's death she's become embittered and started taking her job too seriously. She is very ambitious and always wants to reach her goal. Sometimes she is painfully ambitious and acts before thinking... BUT sometimes it comes to moments when she works carefully (it depends on moments when she is sure about somebody's guilt or innocence and takes her time for analysys). At work she seems to be content and sane but nobody knows what's going on in her house. Her love to deceased husband turned into small obsession. Outside her workplace she loves her favourite pub where she meets up with neighbours who also go there after work. She can be pretty chill and outgoing. One fun fact, she's very good in bed if you know what I mean

Mental disorders:
Loss of her husband led her to slight drinking problem. She drowns her sadness in wine everytime she celebrates occasions connected with her husband (marriage anniverssary, his birthday, etc.) She attempts to overcome it so spends a lot of time at work to be distracted.

Physical details:
Body shape: Sinead is always fit and cares about keeping it. She actually has small breast (but not that tiny). She's slightly muscled.
Look: She's tall, has light brown hair which is long and wavy, pointy nose, strong cheekbones and green eyes. Her complexion is caucasian. Generally, she wears dark trousers and white shirts. For special occasions she wears long, fancy dresses.
Scars: Just some from past injuries. Mainly on elbows and knees.

Abilities:
She's a good shooter and easily passes through the obstacles (because she was trained to). She is also skilled in fighting (judo and a little bit of karate) and analysing situations. She has pretty good perception, as well.

Likes:
- White wine
- Hanging out with friends
- Her job (even if it's stressful)
- Thrill (yus, she likes some strike of adrenaline)
- Forest
- Love (which can go along with sex)
- Kids - even planned to have some when Richard was alive

Dislikes:
- Being told to do stuff
- Annoying poeple
- Idiots
- Mice (once upon a time, one got to her appartament and it was hard to find it)
- Her breakdowns

Fears:
-Failures
-Not finding her husband's murderer.
