Finally got this one colored. I picked green because the charcoal grey has been used on every version except Godzilla 2000. And I can only see him being this color. Furthermore, I made this Godzilla myself, so it can be any color I wish.Early renderings of him had him a night-sky blue (it looked cool, but it didn't fit this design).
Sometime, I should upload the original concept sketch from last year.
*Edit - An alternative color is in the works.

Well it looks good but his tail could be a little longer looks like goji has hit his max adult hood I think godzillas mature and have different looks to them like this godzilla could be another one from the future and radiation mutated him further and made his adulthood into full grown elder type deal that's what I see anyway

I dig the design, but the spines on the head kinda bother me, can kinda envision this with Godzilla's usual head bumps, but hey... it's ur design, and I respect the adversity of it. kudos

very dynamic and a quality redesign - it looks ready to rumble. It is a little to green for me, but we all have our own version of Godzilla don't we?! I do have one question - what are those grey scales(?) on its shoulders?

And yes, those are scales. A fellow artist told me I should do so about a year ago, and they've fit with the design ever since. If you have to, look at the cartoon Zilla.
Biologically, they're made of the same tissue as the plates running along his back, which would also explain why they're the same shade of grey.
