Description
"We call him...Gojira."This is a piece I'm surprised (and grateful) actually exists. I drew during last year's G-Fest (with the aid of my 6" NECA figure), and I ended up selling it. But the gentleman was courteous enough to send me a scan of it, and I wanted to make the best of it.

Sort of. It's obvious that's the concept for his archetype, to be some bipedal saurian-like animal, but I personally feel that kaiju are their own group in the animal kingdom. That's one thing kaiju are good at - if it's not being an allegory for the destructive power of the arom bomb, it's defying our understanding of nature.
I mean, the Heisei Godzilla is a mutated dinosaur, but when he became Godzilla, he became an entirely new creature.

Godzilla in this universe is actually a species that predates the dinosaurs as he was shown to exist during the Permian era over 250 million years ago, before the start of the Mesozoic era in the comic "Godzilla: Awakening."

That drawing is pure AWESOMENESS! I got that same figure as well. Jaw stiff and didn't move for a bit before I got the figure to close its mouth.
