NAME: Godzilla

HEIGHT: 50 meters

LENGTH: 110 meters

WEIGHT: 60,000 tons

CLASSIFICATION: Warrior

HISTORY: In 1954, the first Gojirasaurus Gigantis, or "Gojira" for short (universally as "Godzilla"), to make human contact decimated the populace of Tokyo, Japan. Despite this force of nature brought upon by humanity, Dr. Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer was able to destroy it, with Serizawa himself taking his own life in the process to seal his doomsday weapon's secrets away forever. Within hours of Godzilla's demise, the world was relieved that the kaiju was purged from the world, but those in Land of the Rising Sun who bore witness to this titan's power were not so sure; this was only the beginning. Godzilla was believed to be one of many kaiju that would lash out upon humanity, and it would not be limited to his rare species. Two years later, the capital was moved to Osaka, as well as the establishment of G-Force. The two men at the helm of this organization were Kyohei Yamane and Hideto Ogata, two of many people who saw Godzilla and its rage in person, but two of the fortunate to live and tell about it. They were credited for being the first to step forward and claim that Godzilla was just the start of a massacre that would be brought upon humanity. Of course, shortly after G-Force was fully functional, more monsters began to appear - this time, around the globe. It was the beginning of the Age of Monsters, and what would later be known as the beginning of "The First Wave".

In 1966, twelve years after Tokyo's destruction, another Godzilla was sighted on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. Because other monsters caused enough panic, the public was never notified of this second Godzilla. G-Force took advantage of this, and decided to study the creature, as without saying, from a distance. An even greater concern arose - how can he be kept on the island, away from populated areas? The answer lied even deeper in secrecy - a crude force field unit was constructed around the perimeter of the island, giving Godzilla some space to wander into the shallows of the ocean waters (even though he spent a majority of his time around a large lake in the center of the island anyway). Godzilla didn't seem to notice his captivity much less the human eyes scrutinizing his every move. With no disturbances, the beast could live in peace.

During Godzilla's captivity over the decades, several countries around the globe were ravaged by monsters, drastically changed the map in most countries, including Japan. The force field was just a mere barrier, but G-Force also began constructing weapons to fend off the terrorizing monsters. Short work were made of them with the large maser tank cannons.

For some reason, all kaiju attacks and sightings ceased in 1995. This was the end of the First Wave, but G-Force knew that this was just a temporary delay - the monsters would be back again...in hundred years? A thousand? The very next day? Whenever it would happen, no one would be ready for it. After three years of subtle terror, the monster attacks were removed from the text books. Anyone who was born after 1998 was never told of the plague that befell the world...

In the "present" day (2020), Godzilla began to act suspicious. He seemed alert, almost as if he heard someone or something beckoning him. Shortly after, he began clawing the containment barrier. On the mainland, G-Force HQ had to deploy the heavy weapons for the first time since 1995 - Anguirus, one of the first (and strongest, next to Godzilla) had burrowed up from the earth and began wandering about Tokyo. Since there was a very high chance Godzilla would break through the barrier, the order was given to release him. It turns out to be that the mysterious Haruka Shirakawa, being literally half human/half Godzilla, somehow drew Godzilla to Japan, almost as if they had a psychic link (it is discovered that when Haruka is greatly frightened, Godzilla senses this and can track wherever she is).

Now that monsters have begun to attack again after 25 years, the Age of Monsters resumes, marking the beginning of The Second Wave.
