Please, I recommend you not to do the same mistake as many others, which is taking that scene serious, because it simply and obviously wasnt. A real battle would have lasted way longer. End of story!

They did fight in the final Godzilla movie, and it was funny how Godilla beats Zilla in just one tail swag and then he breathes fire at him. XD

You should know that scene was a joke. It's nothing you should take seriously. The real fight would have lasted considerably longer.

I'm a fan of the Big G and like the 98' movie but the fact it is called "Godzilla" kinda ruins the Big G's image. Radioactive Dinosaur vs. Radioactive Iguana... Not much of a fair fight... Now zilla vs. King kong would be interesnting... The Big G is way too strong for kong to have a chance now...

Damn thing's been up since 2008, and you're the only one who noticed that. Not even I caught it. 
Anywho, yeah. This is sort of a small poke at the fandom - there's those who can't get enough of that fight in FINAL WARS (the '98 movie still leaves a bad taste in their mouths), and there's those who felt the fight was too short, be it not the proper ass-whupping Zilla deserved and/or making Zilla look too weak, myself included in that crowd (Zilla may not be powerful by Godzilla's standards, but I could see him holding his own and putting up a fight against the Big G).
But lately, I think more people have grown to appreciate Zilla since he's officially a separate character, which is good.

Well keep in mind Godzilla final wars was made by the Japanese so obviously they will make their godzilla come out on top. I feel like the first USA zilla would lose to the Japanese one but Godzilla jr would be a better match because he could breath fire

Perhaps, but that's not the point. "Zilla" is simply a reimagining of the beast as an actual living thing, with a living creature's needs and desires (Food, territory, shelter, reproduction, etc), and needed to be relatively less scientifically wacky.

Godzilla needs all that to, albit in a slightly different way than normal living thins. For example his "food" is the radioactivity the bursts forth from power planets, his territory is all of japan, his shelter is in the ocean somewhere, and as for reproduction Godzilla is asexual, like GINO. Making a giant monster movie less scientifically wacky is impossible since its about a giant monster.

I was watching the fight between these two in godzilla final wars and when Godzilla took out Zilla with a tail whip and atomic breath I felt like Godzilla sead You are unworhty of of my name begone loser. I like the Godzilla series but I like the classic Godzilla better.

I, personally, like the design of the American Godzilla (ie: 'Zilla') Even though he is weaker, he is more like an animal with animal instincts rather than just a stupid non-scary monster that randomly attacks Tokyo. He also has better proportions and is, in general, more badass than the Japanese Godzilla could ever be.
My opinion. Don't hate me.

i agree with you on the design aspect. I hope that Legendary does a mix between the two designs, with the body shape of Zilla, head spikes and skin of Japanese Godzilla. That would be awesome. Then it would be better than the other two.
