hello! i'm back with some more awesome space art! but wait, this one isn't like my previous works! no, its different! in fact its much more refined and worked than my previous pieces! its also more sci-fi as well! yes, i've changed and i'm becoming a better artist! i'm in love with this piece, no pun intended! this is probably my best work yet! definately my best orbital as well! this is also the first space scape i have ever made where i spent like 5 hours of work on a nebula. an entire portion of nebula had to be brushed in because it was missing. i also tried to make it look like there was a rift in the nebula leading into the darkness of space and i think i achieved it quite well! it adds alot of depth into the scene. i also like how the stars kinda look like they are floating on top of the nebula detached from it! the close up planet came out very well too!

i spent about 12 hours working on this piece in photoshop cs5 over the coarse of 1 or 2 weeks. i've been busy with work and i've also been gaming as well.

all in all, the scene came out exceptionally well and i am proud of it! i would love to get your feed back on this you guys and just to let you know, i have another orbital i want to work on as well! it'll be just as good as this one!
