Curse you Ratigan and your impossibly proportioned body and ridiculously tiny feet!!!!
I swear he is the hardest to draw out of all the GMD characters (well, for me at least 
)So here's another pic for of a scene from their fanfic "Into the Night." It's where Isabelle is trying on Ratigan's cape and hat, which are much too big for her, and Ratigan's just kinda looking on in amusement
Like I said, Ratigan is so difficult to draw; when I sketched this out, I almost rubbed a hole in the paper with my eraser because I couldn't get him right. He still looks kinda creepy 
But I like how Isabelle turned out! 
Haha I seem to be drawing Ratigan a lot here lately. I better be careful...Basil might get jealous!

I know how you feel when it comes to drawing Ratigan. He is a pain in the butt to draw. The eraser is my best friend when drawing him.
