Yep. I generally paint with the default round brush set at 100% opacity, flow, and hardness for about 90% of the painting.

I know I've said this about three million times, but I love the amount of detail that goes into these pieces. The clouds, the castle, hell, you even put an unreasonable amount of detail into the army silhouettes. And all of it just makes the whole thing lovely.
One small quibble, and it's really more of a realism thing than anything - while it does look cool, it's unlikely both with the layers it's made in and the material it's unlikely that the holes would develop as such.

Yeah you're right, those seem like strange places for holes to develop. Haha, Maybe he got into a fight with a dragon that bit down on his cape a couple times.
