Another week, another three characters added to the LEGO Disney Universe Project!43. CLU
From Tron Legacy, here's CLU. It should come to no surprise that I decided to feature Tron in this roster, considering that there is an official LEGO Set dedicated to the 2010 movie. Although I'll take the chance to say that some Disney Movies featured in official sets are not represented, namely the Lone Ranger and Pirates of the Caribbean. Anyway, CLU. While he is not actually an existing minifigure, I couldn't leave him out. Besides, I gotta say that so far, he's my favorite minifig that I've done. His design in the movie is just so good.
44. COGSWORTH
Or as I like to call him, Nightmare. Because that's what this character was to design. Seriously though, it was quite challenging, considering that it is not a normal Minifigure. Still, I don't think it turned out too bad. I'm still satisfied.
45. CHRISTOPHER ROBIN
This character was also challenging, but for different reasons. I was just very uncertain as to what design I should have gave him. I wanted to go with the red sweater, then I chose to go with his suit and coat instead. Then I was uncertain of whether I should have gave him his hat or not. But, ultimately, I went with the look that he has on the majority of the promotional material. And also, yes, any and every Winnie the Pooh character will have the design taken from the new movie, just like with Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast and more.
All in all, I'm really happy with this batch. I'm satisfied with all three designs, and that's what matters. Of course, I hope you all enjoy them too! Until next week!
