Celestia should have just approached Discord at the gala in the new season 5 episode 7 ("Make New Friends But Keep Discord"). I loved how secretly the show producers put in all of those Dislestia moments.I squee'd out loud when she was the only one who laughed at Discord's Twilight joke and he smiled back at her nervously. Also, trolls deserve each other
At the end, Celestia admitted to Twilight that she personallyΒ invited Discord so he could make the gala more exciting and fun for her and all the guests. Discord seemed too out of character for me, though. He usually isn't that stupid or immature where he makes himself look like a fool. Not stupid enough to care that much about being ignored by one friend. The show should have really made him find another group to chill with, such as other mane six members or Twilight and Celestia. He was overreacting, and the show didn't really seem to notice how far they stretched out his actual character.
Oh well. Shame on them, and shame on Discord.
So here's another Dislestia. People kept recommending I do another one, since I didn't really like the outcome of the first one I did. So I sort of "redid" it through this. Hope you guys like it.

It annoys me how the show writers bend Discord's character to fit the Fluttercord ship sometimes. He would normally just go bother someone else, but naaaah, now he only hangs out with Fluttershy consistently. -_-

Yeah, that's why I like ship like Twicord (my fave), CelestiaCord and PinkieCord. He seems to be more himself around them, nut when he's around Fluttershy he changes himself into this boring parody of Discord. A fanfic Discord. Can we have more episodes with Twi and Discord, and atleast one with just Celestia or Pinkie with him? It's getting old seeing the same plot over and over again. Discord doesn't want to lose Fluttershy as a friend. WE GET IT.Β
Sorry for the rant, it's been stirring inside me for a few months XD Doesn't help that I'm constantly harassed for what I ship on other Websites. -_-

Celestial has shown the signs that sheβs into him. Just look at the Smooze episode where she literally howled after he ruined the gala because she loved it so much. Thereβs clearly something. All the writers and voice actors have shown their support for that shipping, too.Β
I stopped watching the show. It was getting so boring. And yes, Fluttercords harass all Dislestia shippers on their art. Theyβre jealous we have talented artists on our end. We never do this to them.
And yes, FRIENDSHIP. The show has STATED on purpose that theyβre only meant to be friends. Otherwise everything is ruined.

Yeah, I love the little Dislestia moments in the show, they're so pure. I like it when shows add those glances or looks in, it's way more fun to look for than shows trying to force it on us (cough cough Fluttercord cough)
And all their crap about Fluttercord being canon. Give me a break, it will never be canon, Screwball is not their daughter, and just please shut up XD
Also, unpopular opinion here, what's the big deal with Bride of Discord. People say it's because she's a good writer, but it's painfully predictable and the characters to me, are really flat. Also there are Dislestia and Twicord shippers whose characters are far more interesting, (PandoraVerse and Kialaaaverse) but people act like it's a masterpiece given to us by the gods. Like, WTF????

Theyβre delusional. And the worst thing about them is making up stuff and pretending itβs canon. There are so many headcanon layers leading up to Screwball being their daughter. No portion of that is even remotely canon.Β
Bride of Discord... Ah, I hate it. Just gonna day it. Its not creative, itβs a complete ripoff of any basic storyline, itβs generic, itβs bland, itβs cringy... I could go on. Itβs not good story writing. I tried watching those audio things and I couldnβt. I cringed too hard.

I watched them through to see what all the hype was about, then I realized. This isn't Discord.He's a "LOL RANDOM" Discord. In the show he's a manipulator, he's smart but also a troublemaker. In Bride of Discord + Daughter of Discord where is his intelligence? Where is him getting under ponies skin? WHERE ARE THE CUTE DISLESTIA + TWICORD MOMENTS?? XD He's become an emo version of himself with all of his moping and window gazing and saying she's the most beautiful creature ever (ew), and saying he can't have her. -_-
But seriously, they took the Beauty and The Beast storyline, it's not some original masterpiece. I'm not sure why people act like she's the best writer in the Fandom. The characters in Daughter of Discord are really bland, they are stereotypes of the main six. Their designs are sooooo boring. Pinkie's daughters are Blue, Red, and Pink. Guess what their names are? Blueberry, Raspberry and Strawberry . Never would have known that, right?
And I agree, MANY, MANY Fluttercord shippers are really crazy about the ship, and are determined to justify bullying others for their ship.Β
