When Jane approached Gianna Parasini she was seemingly attending to the supplies, creating or perhaps checking an inventory of what they had, she put down her list as she saw the Ex-Spectre approach "Commander!"
"Miss Parasini... what are you doing here?"
"I'm here working for Weyland, as assistant general manager of the facility, well, senior manager now that he's dead"
"Hmm, 'working for' huh?"
Gianna spoke with a hushed tone "Shhhh keep it down, obviously I'm investigating them for... well dozens of charges actually"
"Not surprising, they're as bad as Exo-Geni"
"Worse actually, you have no idea"
"I have some of an idea"
"Oh yeah, right... well don't blow my cover or I'll probably wind up dead"

I would've thought that Exo-Geni would be a little good after the affair on Feros in which the paragon route was taken and they help the colony stay alive, but then again they still have the body of the Thorian too.

I always thought of Exo-Geni as the Weyland of the Mass Effect Universe, they didn't just do the Thorian thing but the Rachni as well.
I always thought that Rachni mission in ME1 was a tribute to Aliens.

Also Exo-Geni (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/ExoG… , and masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Zhu%… ) only did their business with the Thorian and technically attempt to make up for it in which they want the colony to thrive, the Rachni were handled by another corporation called Binary Helix (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Bina… ). While both companies were bad I would watvh out for Binary Helix more.

No problem, but Gianna still also has a point in the fact that Exo-Geni is no stranger to deception and keeping secrets despite the good they do for the colonies they fund (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/War_… ). Such times Exo-Geni made huge errors were times like their one deal with Cerberus in that one assignment UNC Colony of the Dead (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/UNC:… ), the cover up of the missing survey team (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/UNC:… ), and also the facility where they were experimenting on the Thorian Creepers to make perfect servants before things went to hell with the Thorian's death (masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/UNC:… ). So yeah also be a bit careful with them too for I wouldn't trust Exo-Geni too. Coming to think about it....Weyland-Yutani has both the worst and best attributes of these two companies, but far more better in terms of deception and in the manner they perform their work.
